Began his first steps as a bartender at the Dan Eilat Hotel and in 1999, won as Israel's bartending champion, and took part in the World Championships that year in New York, where he finished 12th. Throughout his career in various roles at the "Eshkolot" School for bartenders, the Tiv Taam (retail supermarket chain) and the Scottish company (import & distributer wine spirits), and with professional training in various wineries and distilleries in the world, he fulfilled his vision of establishing the marketing company After Taste.

Tomer serves, among other things, as a personal business consultant for a retailer and specializes in managing projects for the establishment and upgrading of wine and liquor stores and specializes in increasing the profitability of the points of sale.

 Planning and defining a business strategy for each client, according to the needs: financial, marketing, trading, pricing and work protocols.
 Training in trade and negotiation with suppliers and staff members.
 Sales training.
 Architectural planning, including interior design – adjusted to customer needs.
 Management of a complete construction project until receiving the keys.
